Work with me
Bring the idea. I’ll bring the build.
I partner with people who want to build software but aren’t technical — from a website that finally sells you properly to a full platform. You bring the domain and the decisions; I bring product leadership and a fleet of AI agents that ships.
For ten years I’ve built products for companies — fintech, marketplaces, four M&A integrations. Then I started building my own, and something changed: with an agent fleet doing the engineering, one experienced product person can now ship what used to take a team. I run Firmoscop that way, solo.
Work with me is that same system, pointed at your idea — with me as the technical partner you don’t have.
Who this is for
The non-technical founder
You know the problem, the market, and the customer. What you don’t have is a technical co-founder — and agencies quote you six months and a mortgage.
The domain expert
Accountant, lawyer, doctor, operator — you see a product your industry needs every single day. It deserves better than staying a note in your phone.
The business that needs to be taken seriously
Your work is excellent; your web presence isn’t. You need a site that sells you properly — with the analytics, SEO, and email plumbing behind it.
What we can build together
days, not weeks
Website & presence
An editorial-grade site with the whole boring layer included: analytics, SEO and AI-search visibility, domain email, newsletter, booking. Launched, not just designed.
Proof: this site — the full case study →weeks, not quarters
Product MVP
A real first version: accounts, payments, database, admin, deploys. Scoped to the one workflow that proves the business, instrumented so we learn from day one.
Proof: Firmoscop — operated solo →ongoing
Platform partner
Complex systems, integrations, and a growth engine — with me as your standing product and engineering brain. We pair weekly; the fleet ships daily.
Proof: BONO — 0→1 in fintech →How it works
- 1
Intro call
Thirty minutes. You talk, I ask questions. If I’m not the right partner, I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
- 2
Scope in plain language
One page, no jargon: what we’re building, what “done” means, what it costs. You approve it before anything starts.
- 3
Weekly pairing, working demos
We meet, decide, and you watch the product grow — every week there’s something real to click, not a status report.
- 4
Launch with the boring layer
Analytics, SEO, email, backups — the unglamorous plumbing that separates a demo from a business ships with v1, not “later”.
- 5
You own everything
Code, accounts, domain, data — in your name from day one. No hostage infrastructure, no dependency on me to exist.
Questions people ask
→Do I need to be technical?
No — that’s the point. You bring the domain knowledge and the decisions; I translate them into working software. If you can describe your business, you can build with me.
→Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. Everything lives in your accounts — repository, hosting, domain, analytics — from the first week. If we stop working together, you lose nothing.
→How is this so much faster than an agency?
I run a fleet of AI agents with enforced roles and review gates — the same system that builds my own platforms. You get senior product judgment with a full team’s throughput. The method is public: read How I build.
→What does it cost?
It depends on what we’re building, so I scope it per project — in writing, before we start, with no surprises after. The intro call is free and commits you to nothing.
→What if I only have a vague idea?
That’s a normal starting point. The first thing we build is clarity: a one-page scope you actually understand. Product discovery is my day job.

Thirty minutes. Zero obligation.
Tell me what you want to build. Worst case, you leave with a clearer picture of what it takes. Best case, we start building it together.
